We have been in Córdoba, which is located on the banks of the Guadalquivir and at the foot of the Sierra Morena.
We have visited the archaeological site of Medina Azahara, Madinat az-Zahra, which It was a city that the first caliph of Córdoba, Abderramán III, ordered to be built in the 10th century, on the outskirts of Córdoba, at the foot of the Sierra Morena.
One of the most delicious things about its gastronomy are the famous Tita Loli flamenquines, which are a spectacular delicacy of Córdoba.
We cannot leave without having tried another typical dish such as the Rabo de Toro which is something delicious, its Salmorejo or its fried eggplants with honey among other typical dishes.
